Host Michael Skinner visits with world class wild water canoeist Michael Beavers. Watch him take a run down the internationally recognized Ocoee River, a premiere white water spot and home of the Olympic debut of the white water slalom.

Then follow some fool-hardy adventurers as they take on the 3rd Annual Blue Ridge Mt. Adventure Race. This race takes advantage of some of North Georgia's most valuable resources including the Toccoa Canoe Trail, the Aska Trail System and the Benton MacKaye Trail, which is part of the Appalachian Trail System.
