We started this episode at the highest place in Georgia—Brasstown Bald, before visiting the Georgia Mountain Research and Education Center in Blairsville. That’s where we met Dr. Wayne Hanna. He’s created grass for sports complexes as far away as the World Cup Soccer Tournament in South Africa, and as close as to home as UGA’s athletic fields. And he told us why the future of agriculture doesn’t just mean being a farmer.
