Take a tour of east Africa and explore Kenya’s vast ecosystems to learn how ranchers are embracing a thriving ecotourism business by successfully managing both cattle herds and wildlife needs.

The Nature Conservancy’s Lead Scientist, M. Sanjayan.
will share scientific research, as well as behind the scenes stories, from his time spent with the local people in the amazing grasslands of Kenya.

This Virtual Field Trip is best suited for grades 6-8 and will highlight social studies, science and math content.

All volunteers receive training, free parking and a catered meal provided by Carole Parks Catering.
