Calling all high school students. The Atlanta Hawks would like to hear from you for this year’s Atlanta Hawks Poetry Contest. The theme is I WAS BORN THIS WAY so tell them what makes you 'you'.

Maybe you have a special talent and have been singing since the age of 3. Perhaps you’ve always cared for others or your community and that led you to start an anti-bullying campaign. Since your earliest memory, have you loved other cultures and now speak three languages? Do you have what some would call a disability but you simply see ability? Whatever it is that makes you uniquely YOU, the Hawks want to hear about it. Contests runs January 2 – February 24, 2012.
