The focus this week is the North Highland Company and its chairman, David Peterson. North Highland Company is a consulting firm that helps other companies to grow smarter, more efficiently, and more profitably. In the course of their growth, they’ve opened 14 offices, employed more than 600 and embraced a corporate culture that is different from all their competitors. The man who launched the company in the attic of his house is David Peterson.
