Maintenance on the Antenna

• KU/ LNB
• C/ LNB
• Corotor/ Polorotor
• Actuator Arm
• Repeaking and Reshaping of Dish

All parts replaced due to normal wear and tear, daily usage, or defects in antenna parts.

Maintenance of Headend Equipment

• Chaparral Analog receiver
• GI Digital receiver

Will replace either receiver(s) if found to be defective under normal usage conditions.

Who's covered:

Any school, library, university, or other educational facility that was installed by Convergent Media.

What's not covered:

• Any piece of the satellite system damaged by vandalism or "Acts of God."
• Any service to the satellite system related to the IF cable run having been cut.
• No replacement of TV's or VCR's.
• No service of any other contractor's work other than a CMS representative.
• No service due to damaged equipment resulting from construction.
• There is a charge to relocate any antennas or headends.
