The Ririe Woodbury Modern Dance Company came to Georgia under the auspices of a grant from The National Endowment of the Arts. Brenau University in Gainesville and The Art Factory in Augusta in association with the Richmond County School System were the local sponsors of the two week dance residency. Students from Brenau University and Davidson Fine Arts were recruited by Georgia Public Broadcasting to assist in documenting the residency. They served as videographers as well as supplying voice over talent and assisting with editing decisions.
