We’ve probably all taken an IQ test at some point in our lives. Intelligence has long been considered crucial to success in life and even a predictor of how far we each can go.

Now, more and more studies (like the one mentioned here) are noting our success is dependent on more than smarts: we need to be able to relate to people, too.

This week on Working on GPB Radio, Brandon Smith explains more about what it takes to succeed and why our people skills might be more important than our technical skills.

Click here ask Brandon a question about your job or career. We might answer you on the air.

All volunteers receive training, free parking and a catered meal provided by Carole Parks Catering.
