Buy them here.)

What To Do At The Festival

For those new to the festival, there are lots to see and do. One of the most popular features is the Artist Market, where independent artisans and crafters sell their creations to the public. From ceramics to arm cuffs, there are pieces suitable for every taste and medium. In addition, winners of the Atlanta High School Art Exhibition will be on display, allowing visitors to experience young, local talent they may not have heard of.

Music is also a large component of the Dogwood Festival. Two music stages and dance parties are taking place during the weekend. The Main Stage will include three days of jazz, funk, rock, alternative, blues and more. The Main Stage will also play host to both of the dance parties: Friday Night Beach Party and Saturday Night 80’s Party. A Jimmy Buffett cover band is planned for Friday while the audience will want to sing and dance to top 80’s hits on Saturday.

Singers and dancers from Ireland, Japan and Mexico among others will take up the The International Stage. Performances on the International Stage will run from Friday evening through Sunday.

If your family loves amusement park rides, you won’t want to miss Family Friday where you can purchase an unlimited ride wristband for Friday evening only. The wristband also provides discounts with select food and beverage vendors.

If running is your passion, then you should attend the Atlanta Dogwood Festival Mimosa 5k on Saturday, April 9th which is also an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier.
