Folic Acid May Help with Dementia

Folic Acid – Vitamin B9 – has been proven to help prevent Spina Bifida when taken before and during pregnancy. Other reports have suggested the vitamin, found in green leafy vegetables and often used to fortify other foods, may help in warding off or treating dementia.
