The love keeps pouring in for St. Pius X point guard Asia Durr. And rightfully so. The nation's No. 1 recruit of the 2015 class has been a coveted prospect on the basketball scene for years now. A highly-respected leader of two state championship squads, a coachable student-athlete, according to Golden Lions Head Coach Kyle Snipes, and a beloved friend of those who surround her, Asia Durr has a lot to offer and is more than deserving of the recognition. But she put a temporary end to the recruiting banter as she delivered the final verdict on Tuesday in front of a packed set of bleachers. Durr will join the Louisville Cardinals next fall after finishing out her senior year with the Golden Lions. The Cards beat out Maryland, Notre Dame, Baylor and Duke as the other final contenders in the Asia Durr recruiting frenzy. Watch below as Asia announces the big decision in front of an ecstatic group of St. Pius X students, parents and teammates.
