The leading global customer care provider, Sitel, announced earlier this month that they will add 200 new positions to its imbound customer care contact center in Augusta, GA. These new 200 associates will join the team of 800 employees that are serving as the voice of the customer care for a leading Fortune 500 wireless provider and a major healthcare company.
Phil Madden, Sitel's Augusta Site Director said, “As a direct result of having realized measurable success in the delivery of their customer care, Sitel’s clients are now planning to expand their customer service workforce. The workforce here is comprised of talented and hardworking people. We have many exciting career opportunities for entry level to managers. This expansion is evidence of Sitel’s continued commitment to Augusta and Richmond County.”
Sitel's Augusta site is also looking to expand in management positions. Sitel offers growth within the company as well; 30 employees were promoted to management positions having started in customers service in 2013.
