With almost a half million new jobs projected in the next 10 years, according to the Georgia Department of Labor, Georgia is a hot spot for job seekers.

Nerdwallet.com narrows down the best places for job seekers. Items of consideration was the growth of the city, median household income and unemployment rate.

The top places, according to Nerdwallet.com, are as follows: 

  • Johns Creek
  • Alpharetta 
  • Dunwoody 
  • Peachtree City 
  • Roswell 
  • Warner Robins 
  • Athens-Clarke 
  • Sandy Springs 
  • Hinesville 
  • Duluth
