If you're a fan of photography and art and you're looking for something to do this week, visit Atlanta's Mason Fine Art Gallery for the opening of "Solos: The End. The Beginning." The group student exhibition features the work of sixteen talented artists and photographers from the Savannah College of Art and Design. The opening night reception on Thursday, May 25 takes place from 6 PM- 9 PM at Mason Fine Art Gallery, 415 Plasters Avenue NE, Atlanta.

Student organizers describe the exhibit as representing different voices and cultures that remark on the complexities of our contemporary societies. Though the show content is diverse, the unifying concept is that each new step forward marks the end of the previous journey and the beginning of the journey ahead. Students taking part in the exhibition are Joya Chapman, Ying Chen, Frances Neyra Claudio, Shelsea Doran, Sydney Frost, Halie Graham, Nancy Gabriela, Rachael Joyce, Tyler Marie McClelland, Yoshii Zuku, Ajee Nelson, Duc Ngo, Bala Pham, D. Yvette Sanchez, Rose Smith and Khayla Williams.

"Solos: The End. The Beginning." will be open from May 25 - June 10.  Learn more on Facebook at Solos Group Exhibition and Instagram at solos.mmxvii.
