Parental Involvement and Student Needs

Jane hosts a diverse panel of guests that include Jennifer Couch, a math teacher from Kedron Elementary School; Peyton Rhone, a Paraprofessional from Dobbs Elementary School and Tim Scott, the Principal from Northside High School.
They share their inspiring stories of parent participation to meet student needs from the view of educator, parent and administrator.

Parental Roundtable: The C.A.F.E.

Representing the Georgia Department of Education, Christina McDermott- Title I Education Specialist for Parental Involvement and Patti Solomon, Parent Liaison for the Division of Exceptional Students join Jane in the studio.
A more in-depth discussion takes place about the educational success that comes about as the result of increased student, parent and community involvement in the schools.
